What is an ignition coil?
The high-pressure automobile pack is the ignition coil. The simple explanation of the ignition coil is to let the spark plug "generate a spark" to ignite the mixed gas of the cylinder.
It is a transformer that is responsible for transforming the low-voltage current of the vehicle into high-voltage electricity. Normally, each cylinder is equipped with a set of ignition coils, usually replaced in 100000 km or even longer.
Installation
1. Prepare tools and open the engine compartment.
2. Loosen and remove the upper engine cover screws.
3. Safely remove the vacuum tube without applying excessive force.
4. Gently use an ignition coil tool to pull up and remove the ignition coil.
5. Disconnect the ignition coil connecting the wire clip and remove the old coil.
6. Install the new ignition coil, ensuring a tight fit and aligning the limit buckle.
7. Reinstall the disconnected tube, restoring its original position.
8. Start the vehicle and use a detector to check for proper ignition. If no issues arise, turn off the vehicle, install the engine cover, and close the engine compartment.
