All returns and customer service on ECCPPAUTOPARTS.com will be taken care of in a prompt time frame and simple procedures. Refund or replacement will be sent to you upon return delivery or after inspections of item problems. It’s understood that sometimes for somehow clients or customers don’t want or need parts already ordered and received anymore. Any tricky or misleading warranty terms are not going to happen on you if you shop at ECCPPAUTOPARTS.com, your satisfaction is our biggest motivation, we thank you for shopping on ECCPPAUTOPARTS.com.
Return for exchange / replacements
For any reason, if a product needs to be returned for a refund or exchange, a return request should be submitted in a 30-days time frame after delivery, and items or products should be in brand new and never used condition, otherwise return request might be declined because we are unable to resale it. Request for free replacement of manufacturing defective items should be submitted in 60 days after payment. Guidelines as below:
- All return requests and requests for exchange are supposed to apply thru our return procedures with a provided RMA number.
- Return product must in a brand-new condition. Return will be declined if any scratches or gasoline, Diesel oil, etc. on products.
- For compatibility issues or defective parts, you might need to provide some pictures of the item itself and a detailed description of the problem for further inspection:1) If the parts do not fit your car, please provide the VIN# of your vehicle, and some comparison pictures of your old part and ours, or showing the unfit area. 2) If the parts are broken or wrong, please provide pictures showing the inside and outside of the package you received.
- The return might not be required in some cases for some specific goods but we will affiliate with instructions on how to destroy or dispose of these products.
Non-returnable products are listed below:
- Marked with Non-returnable label on package/ product when you ordered it. Or we state it is a non-returnable item on the purchase page.
- Custom products.
- Already modified/assembled products.
- Used/Defective products.
Who will bear the return fee?
For orders delivered within the continental US and the reason for returning isn’t a result of ECCPP’s fault, the cost of the initial shipping charge and the return fee will be deducted from your refund payment. Prepaid label(s) will be provided to you, or you could choose to send it back with a flat shipping method, and the shipping fee could be found listed below:

International and US non-continental areas returns could be accepted too but return cost will be covered by the customer/ client. You will receive a free prepaid label if the return is a result of an ECCPP mistake.
Defective, Damaged, and unfit products
Uncontrollable situations may happen like receiving a damaged or defective and unsuitable part. If any of these situations occurred to you, please contact ECCPP for a proper solution, we’re happy to help with any problem that you encounter. To prevent further damage to your vehicle, please don’t try to install damaged or unfit parts before consulting ECCPP or your local professional car repair store.
You could choose a replacement part for damaged or defective items. As for an unfit part, please tell us the VIN of your vehicle if you want to exchange it for a correct part, we might need some additional information or photos about your car or original car part for further checking.
We will not require you to return a damaged and defective product, but for exchanging the correct part, you will need to send back the incorrect product, it must be brand new and with original packing. For more return instruction information, please click her return policy.
We will assist with the cancellation of an order or part(s) that have not been shipped and are not marked as non-cancelable / non-refundable items. Items that have been shipped already cannot be canceled or modified. Cancellations can be done online by submitting a request, or through our customer care team who can be reached via live chat or phone. Your request will be processed as quickly as possible, but please note that sometimes products ship quicker than expected.

Payment, Refund, and Credits
The warehouse system which is an ERP system will capture orders once payment is completed, the order will be handled and dispatched according to paying time.
A refund will be issued after we confirm the condition of the returned product once the package delivers to our warehouse. The refund amount is going to send back to the original way of payment, generally speaking, it will take 2-5 business days to hit your account, it depends on which way of payment you sent with when you place the order, for payment from credit cards might take a longer time than we expect.
Change Order Information ( Address, recipient, payment method, etc. )
If you find any information provided on your order needs to be changed or rectified, you are supposed to email or message us within 24 hours after payment, or your order would be sent out with the very first information you provide to us.

We will help to change the address once come back to work and as long as the package is still on hold.
For changing payment method, a cancellation request is required to submit within 24 hours after payment, we will help to cancel the relevant order and refund your payment amount to the original way of payment account. Once a refund is submitted, it's irreversible, so if you change your mind later to decide to ship the paid order, you will need to place a new order, we will arrange shipment within 24 hours after payment completes.
