THE WIPER WIPES OUT UNEVENLY OR SLIPS IF THE FOLLOWING THREE CONDITIONS OCCUR, THE WIPER IS NOT QUALIFIED:
FIRST, THE SWING IS NOT SMOOTH. SECOND, THE CONTACT SURFACE OF THE RUBBER AND THE GLASS CANNOT BE COMPLETELY ADHERED TO EACH OTHER, RESULTING IN WIPING RESIDUE. THIRD, THE GLASS SURFACE IS IN A STATE OF WATER FILM AFTER WIPING, AND FINE STREAKS, FOG AND LINES ARE FORMED ON THE GLASS.
