IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION PART OF THE WIPER HAS A RUST OR STUCK POSITION. AT THIS TIME, THE WIPER SWITCH SHOULD BE TURNED OFF IMMEDIATELY TO PREVENT THE MOTOR FROM BEING BURNT. THEN TAKE IT OFF AND CLEAN IT UP
