A timing chain synchronizes the rotation of the crankshaft and camshaft(s) ensuring proper timing and allows the engine's valves to open and close during each cylinder's firing. When the timing chain fails, it will damage the engine. After replacing the new timing chain, the engine noise will be reduced to ensure the engine life.

When the camshaft and crank gear sprockets are damaged, the engine will make a loud noise ,need replace the new camshaft and crank gear sprockets to ensure that the engine works normally.
Tensioner of ECCPP Timing Chain Kit
The tensioner is a retaining device in the chain drive system that periodically checks and replaces the new tensioner to avoid chain jumps.
Guide Rail of ECCPP Timing Chain Kit
The guide rail has been used for a long time, the material will be aging, and the new guide rail will be replaced to ensure the normal operation of the chain and avoid engine failure.
