Why have I not received my full order?

For this issue, there could be three possible scenarios:

1. In some cases, when you purchase multiple items, we may ship the items in more than one package. This often happens if one or more products have an estimated arrival date that is later than your other items. It can also happen when the items are coming from more than one distribution center. We will update your order with tracking numbers for each shipment, so you can track the progress of your order.

2. Some of the items in your order may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. In such cases, we typically ship the in-stock items first, and the delayed items are shipped separately once they are restocked. This can result in a partial shipment. If an item remains out of stock, we will notify you via email and arrange for a refund rapidly upon receiving your consent.

3. There might have been an oversight resulting in a missed shipment for your order. In such a situation, please contact us promptly through email or our "contact me" option on the website. We will make arrangements to resend the missing items or provide any necessary resolution.
