If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns.
However, the following requirements must be met:
1. Initiate the application within 30 days after receiving the goods;
2. Item must be new and in original undamaged condition, including all items and components contained in the original packaging.
The item failed during its intended use within the warranty period (some pictures of the item itself and a detailed description of the problem are required)
In some cases, returns may not be required for certain items, but we will include instructions on how to destroy or dispose of these products.
Non-returnable products are as follows:
1. When ordering, there is a non-returnable label on the package/product. Or we state on the purchase page that it is a non-returnable item.
2. Customized products.
3. Products that have been modified/assembled.
4. Used/defective products.
