Our simplified shipping policy is as follows:
1. ECCPP has a 30-day return policy for products in new/unused condition.
2. Authorized returns must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and components.
3. Damaged or incorrect items should be repackaged in the original shipping container and follow the provided return procedure.
4. Inspect packages upon delivery for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts, and report any issues within 60 calendar days.
5. Return requests and exchanges should go through ECCPP's return procedures with an RMA number.
6. Returned products must be in brand-new condition without scratches or other substances on them.
7. Pictures and a detailed description may be required for compatibility issues or defective parts.
8. Some products may not require a return and instead have instructions for destruction or disposal.
9. Non-returnable items include those marked as such, custom products, modified/assembled products, and used/defective products.
